Heimtextil 2024, the prestigious textile design fair, will take place in Frankfurt from 9 to 12 January, with a strong emphasis on the interaction between economy and sustainability, a theme summarized in the concept of “Econogy“. This year, the event is enriched with the introduction of two new pavilions: one dedicated to carpets and the other to the Asian selection, thus expanding the exhibition offer. Hall 3, transformed into a creative center, will host Heimtextil Trends, becoming a reference point for the latest trends in terms of wall decoration and technological innovation in the textile industry.

The theme of sustainability will be explored through different approaches, including the development of plant-based fabrics, the use of advanced technologies for the fibre production cycle and the use of natural ingredients in biotechnology. The fair will also offer new strategic perspectives in the textile world, with a focus on the fibre and yarn range, and will present the Econogy Finder, a tool to identify exhibitors with sustainable certified products.
